Record verbatim wording.

Goal B — Possible marital right through Anna Maria Vahlsing

Search only for evidence that Anna Maria Vahlsing had a direct connection to the holding before her 1727 marriage, especially:

  • earlier marriage to Friedrich Kuhlmann

  • described as widow (“Witwe”) of Kuhlmann

  • described as residing on the place before marrying Krückeberg

  • remarriage “auf die Stelle”

  • transfer of occupancy through marriage

  • mention of a Leibzucht or widow’s residence

  • guardianship of children of Kuhlmann

Ignore patronymic inheritance — only marital occupancy is relevant

Goal C — Identify earlier holder chain

Collect all references linking these names to one property:

  • Johann Tönnies Eggerding

  • Friedrich Kuhlmann

  • Johann Heinrich Krückeberg

Especially note wording such as:

  • “vormals”

  • “nachher”

  • “folgte”

  • “übernahm”

  • “erbte”

  • “heiratete auf die Stelle”

The Petzen church register for the years 1849 and 1850 may indicate the dates Johann Heinrich Krückeberg, born 1806, and Carl Friedrich Krückeberg, born 1807, emigrated. Johann Heinrich Krückeberg arrived November 5, 1849, in New York City, and Carl Friedrich Krückeberg arrived November 19, 1850.

We have the Fille Kirchenbuchduplikat record of the 1826 Marriage of Christian Friedrich Bleeke to Luise Eleonore Krückeberg, but I would the original Frille record, too. The marriage occurred 26 November 1826 in the Frille Gemeinde.
