Rentkammer Terminology
These terms appear in the case files’s Designatio Actorum (contents list) and throughout the documents in the case file.

“Concluded Chancery Rescript”; a finalized written decision of the chancellery, formally issued and entered into the record. |
Resolution |
A formal ruling or determination made by the competent authority, often following review of petitions and reports. |

“Communicated Chancery Resolution”; a resolution that has been officially transmitted to the concerned parties or local office. |

Amt |
Local administrative office responsible for implementing decisions, gathering reports, and supervising villages within its district. |

Forstdepartement |
Administrative department responsible for state forests, forest land, and forestry matters. |
Oberförster |
Senior forester; a high-ranking forestry official responsible for oversight and reporting. |

A drawing or plan, usually depicting land, boundaries, or building sites. |
Specification |
A detailed written description or itemized list, often accompanying a drawing or report. |
Kammercasse |
The chamber treasury; the financial office responsible for receiving fees and issuing receipts. |

A receipt issued by the chamber treasury acknowledging payment. |
Ausweisung |

Forstgrund |
