Ausweisung betr:

Dem Amt wird auf den Bericht vom 16ten Februar hierdurch eröffnet, daß dem
Soldat Brüggemann ein Platz von 1 bis 1½ Morgen neben dem
Colonie-Platze des Einl: Vogt ebenfalls zur Erbauung einer Colonie
anzuweisen ist.

Die Grenze am Walde ist für beide Colonien nach derjenigen Richtung zu
bestimmen, welche in der Situations Zeichnung angegeben ist. In
wiefern der Wald-Abschnitt A. und B. für diese zwey Colonien
auszuweisen seÿn wird, wird sich beÿ der Vermessung der Plätze ergeben.

Ein halber Morgen jeder Colonie ist mit 6 mgl. P. Quadrat-Rute und der
übrige Grund und Boden ist mit 12 mgl. P. Quadrat-Rute zu bezahlen.

Da vor künftigem Herbste kein Bauholz im Baumerdornst-Reviere mehr
angewiesen wird; so wird das Amt beauftragt dieses den Neubauern bekannt zu
machen, wonach sich dieselben zu richten haben.

Re: Land assignment

The Office is hereby informed, in response to the report of 16 February,
that to the soldier Brüggemann a plot of 1 to 1½ Morgen, adjoining the
colony plot of the lodger Vogt, is likewise to be assigned for the
establishment of a colony.

The boundary at the forest is to be determined for both colonies according
to the direction indicated in the situational drawing. To what extent the
forest section A and B is to be assigned for these two colonies will be
determined during the surveying of the plots.

Half a Morgen of each colony is to be paid for at 6 mgl. P. per square rod,
and the remaining land is to be paid for at 12 mgl. P. per square rod.

Since no construction timber will be allocated in the Baumerdornst district
before the coming autumn, the Office is instructed to make this known to
the new farmers, by which they are to govern themselves.
