Ans Amt Bückeburg
Ausweisung betr:

Auf den mit planimetrischer Zeichnung versehenen Bericht vom 30. v. M.,
obigen Gegenstand betr., wird dem Amte eröffnet, daß die im angezogenen
Berichte erwähnten Ausweisungen für Krückeberg N. 10. in Berenbusch, für
Vogt No. 13. in Nordholz und für Brüggemann No. 14. ebendaselbst genehmigt
sind, und hat das Amt die Supplicanten an die Entrichtung der Gelder für die
Ausweisungen anzuhalten.

Übrigens wird dem Amte noch erwidert, daß die Praestanden nach
Ablauf 3. freier Jahre, von den Supplicanten zu entrichten sind, also
spätestens zu Michaelÿ 1822.

Hiernach ist das Nöthige amtsseitig wahrzunehmen und auch hiervon die
Ausweisungsinteressenten in Kenntniß zu setzen.

Draft Chamber Rescript

To the Amt of Bückeburg
Concerning land allocations

In response to the report of the 30th of last month, accompanied by a
survey drawing, concerning this matter, the Amt is hereby informed that the
land assignments mentioned in the cited report—for Krückeberg No. 10 in
Berenbusch, for Vogt No. 13 in Nordholz, and for Brüggemann No. 14 in the
same place—have been approved. The Amt is to require the supplicants to pay
the sums due for these assignments.

Furthermore, the Amt is informed that the dues (Praestanden) are to be paid
by the supplicants only after the expiration of three free years, that is,
no later than Michaelmas 1822.

Accordingly, the Amt is to take the steps necessary to implement this
decision and is also to notify the interested parties of the land
assignments.

persons the payments for the assigned plots:

   for 49 square rods at 12 groschen each =      16 rthlr. 12 gr.

2. From Vogt No. 13
   in Nordholz for
   60 square rods at 6 groschen = 10 rthlr.
   117 square rods at 12 groschen = 39 rthlr.    49 rthlr.

3. From Brüggemann
   No. 14 in Nordholz for
   60 square rods at 6 groschen = 10 rthlr.
   103 square rods 30 feet at 12 groschen =
                      34 rthlr. 15 gr. 4 d.      44 rthlr. 15 gr. 4 pf.

These monies are to be received by the Chamber Rentmaster at the proper
