Concept Kaufcontracts für den Kolon Krückeberg Nr. 10 zu Berenbusch

Zwischen Fürstlicher Rentkammer zu Bückeburg und dem Kolon Krückeberg
Nr. 10 zu Berenbusch ist folgender Kaufcontract geschlossen worden.

§ 1.
Es ist dem genannten Kolon Krückeberg ein Platz vom Forstgrunde an der
Söhre beim Dorfe Nordholz im Baumer Forste belegen, zur Vergrößerung seiner
Grundstücke, auf sein Nachsuchen käuflich überlassen und durch den
Landmesser Stille zu neunundvierzig Quadratruten zugemessen worden.

§ 2.
Der Kolon Krückeberg ist schuldig, das bestimmte Kaufgeld für den ihm
ausgewiesenen und zugemessenen Platz mit 12 mg per Quadratrute, also für
den ganzen Platz mit sechzehn Rthlre: 12 g zur Fürstlichen Kammerkasse zu
Bückeburg zu bezahlen, und da die Bezahlung hiernach bereits von ihm
geleistet ist, so wird ihm und seinen Erben das Eigentum des erwähnten
Platzes hiermit durch Einhändigung dieses Kaufkontrakts übergeben.

§ 3.
Der Käufer und seine Erben sind schuldig, den von diesem Platze angesetzten
Rottzins und Kontribution auch sowohl gewöhnliche als etwa außerordentliche
Abgaben und Prästande zu übernehmen und zu gehöriger Zeit in die Rechnung
des Amts Bückeburg richtig abzutragen.

§ 4.
Wenn der Kolon Krückeberg diesen seinen Verbindlichkeiten nachkommt, so
soll er und seine Erben bei dem Besitze des ihm ausgewiesenen Platzes jeder
und gegen jeden geschützt werden.

Zur Urkunde dessen ist dieser Kaufbrief unter dem Fürstlichen Kammersiegel
und gewöhnlicher Unterschrift ausgefertigt worden.

Office copy of the purchase contract* for the colonist Krückeberg
No. 10 at Berenbusch

Between the Princely Rent Chamber at Bückeburg and the colonist
Krückeberg No. 10 at Berenbusch, the following purchase contract has
been concluded.

§ 1.

A plot of land from the forest ground, located at the Söhre near the
village of Nordholz in the Baumer Forest, has—at his request—been sold to
the said colonist Krückeberg for the enlargement of his holdings, and has
been surveyed by the land surveyor Stille as measuring forty-nine square
rods.

§ 2.

The colonist Krückeberg is obligated to pay the stipulated purchase price
for the plot assigned and measured out to him, at the rate of 12 Groschen
per square rod, thus for the entire plot a total of sixteen Reichsthaler
and 12 Groschen, to the Princely Chamber Treasury at Bückeburg. As this
payment has already been made by him, ownership of the said plot is hereby
transferred to him and his heirs through delivery of this purchase
contract.

§ 3.

The purchaser and his heirs are obligated to assume a fixed rent for
cleared forest land (Rottzins) and the tax assessed on this plot, as well
as both ordinary and any extraordinary taxes, dues, and services, and to
pay these properly and in due time into the accounts of the Bückeburg
office.

§ 4.

If the colonist Krückeberg fulfills these obligations, he and his heirs
shall be protected in their possession of the assigned plot against all
claims.

In witness whereof, this purchase deed has been executed under the
Princely Chamber seal and customary signature.
