Concept Kaufcontracts für den Neubauer Vogt No. 13. zu Nordholz.

Zwischen Fürstlicher Rentkammer zu Bückeburg und dem Neubauer Vogt No.
13. zu Nordholz ist folgender Kaufcontract geschlossen worden.

§. 1.

Es ist dem genannten Neubauer Vogt ein Platz vom Forstgrunde, an der Söhre
beÿm Dorfe Nordholz, im Baumer Forste belegen, zum Haus- und Gartenplatze,
auf sein Nachsuchen käuflich überlassen und durch den Landmesser Stille zu
Einem Morgen Fünfzig Sieben Quadrat-Ruthen zugemessen worden.

§. 2.

Der Neubauer Vogt ist schuldig, das bestimmte Kaufgeld für den ihm
ausgewiesenen und zugemessenen Platz für 60 Quadrat-Ruthen mit 6 mg. per
Quadrat-Ruthe für 117 Quadrat-Ruthen mit 12 mg. per Quadrat-Ruthe also in
Summa für den ganzen Platz mit Vierzig Neun Thalern zur Fürstlichen
Kammercasse zu Bückeburg zu bezahlen, und da die Bezahlung hiernach bereits
von ihm geleistet ist, so wird ihm und seinen Erben das Eigenthum des
erwähnten Platzes hiermit durch Einhändigung dieses Kaufcontracts übergeben.

§ 3.

Der Käufer und seine Erben sind schuldig, den von diesem Platze angesetzten
Rottzins und Contribution sowohl gewöhnliche als auch außerordentliche
Abgaben und Prästanden zu übernehmen und zu gehöriger Zeit in die Rechnung
des Amts Bückeburg richtig abzutragen.

§ 4.

Wenn der Neubauer Vogt diesen seinen Verbindlichkeiten nachkommt, so soll
er und seine Erben beÿ dem Besitze des ihm ausgewiesenen Platzes jeder Zeit
und gegen Jeden geschützt werden. Zur Urkunde dessen ist dieser
Kaufbrief unter dem Fürstlichen Kammer-Siegel und gewöhnlicher
Unterschrift ausgefertigt worden.

Nordholz

Between the Princely Rent Chamber at Bückeburg and the Neubauer Vogt No. 13
at Nordholz, the following purchase contract has been concluded:

§ 1

A plot of land from the forest ground, located on the Söhre near the
village of Nordholz in the Baumer Forest, has, at his request, been sold to
the said Neubauer Vogt as a site for a house and garden, and has been
surveyed by the land surveyor Stille to an area of one Morgen and
fifty-seven square Ruthen.

§ 2

The Neubauer Vogt is obligated to pay the specified purchase price for the
plot assigned and surveyed to him—namely, for 60 square Ruthen at a rate of
6 Mariengroschen per square Ruthe, and for 117 square Ruthen at a rate of
12 Mariengroschen per square Ruthe—thus, in total, for the entire plot, the
sum of forty-nine Thaler, to the Princely Chamber Treasury at Bückeburg.

Since this payment has already been made by him, ownership of the said plot
is hereby transferred to him and his heirs upon delivery of this purchase
contract.

§ 3

The purchaser and his heirs are obligated to assume a fixed rent for
cleared forest land (Rottzins), and to take on all obligations tied to the
property, including regular yearly payments, occasional additional charges,
and any required labor or material contributions, and to pay or fulfill
them properly and in due time into the accounts of the Bückeburg district
office.

§ 4

If the Neubauer Vogt fulfills these obligations, he and his heirs shall at
all times be protected in the possession of the plot assigned to him,
against all parties.

In witness whereof, this purchase deed has been executed under the princely
chamber seal and with the customary signature.
