This means that copies of the same resolutions, the "Rough draft of the offical reply to the widow Krückeberg", were sent “in extract” to these officialsa, to Schöe, Stahlhuth and Creuzinger. It was initialed by four clerks: Boiness, Winde, Sp. and Tamerlin; and sent out (expidiert) by Alvei, who mailed it (or logged its mailing).
