Rentkammer Confirmation and Instruction regarding: the Sale of Colon Krückeberg’s Homestead, Berenbusch No. 10 (20 Sept 1849)
Narrative Summary
This document records the final approval and confirmation of the sale contract for Stätte No. 10 in Berenbusch. The Amt Bückeburg reviews the obligations listed in the purchase deed—such as the Amtsgefälle, the smoke-hen (Rauchhuhn), and the watchman’s fee—and affirms that they are correctly stated. The purchase deed, which had been forwarded earlier on August 8, is officially confirmed and returned. The Amt also certifies that a stamp penalty of 12 Mariengroschen, owed by Colon Krückeberg in connection with the sale, has been received. Further marginal notes confirm additional labor obligations (Burgfesten and harvest days) and indicate that the confirmation is to be reported to the responsible Rentkammer official (Werner). The document concludes with an authorization instructing that the 12 Mariengroschen stamp fee be properly collected, accounted for, and the receipt sent to the Kammer. The approval and orders are dated 20 September 1849 and signed by Spreng and other clerical officials.
