Contents List
Overview
The Designatio Actorum shown below is the table of contents for the case file. All the documents listed in it are from 1822 and concern the petition of the needy widow Krückeberg who petitions the Rentcammer for relief from the obligations of manual labor required of her as a property owner.
The case file also has several documents from 1849, when the property was sold, that are filed after the 1822 documents, but these were not recorded in the table of contents.
The first column in the Contents is the Actenstück, a single administrative item within a case file. It is a physically numbered file unit (e.g., “Nr. 1,” “Nr. 2”) that may contain multiple internal texts—such as a petition, reports, draft replies, and the final resolution—but is treated by the authorities as one coherent administrative unit.
