Their holdings are available online using Arcsys. Niedersachsen and Bremen.
You can use it to browse the Bückeburg Kirchenbücher der Evangelische Gemeinden in Schaumburg-Lippe(the church registers of the Protestand parishes in Schaumburg-Lippe).

Synopsis
The bad news is, the Frille digitalized church registers end with the year 1804, and the Petzen church registers end with 1827.
However, for Frille, there are Abschriften of its church registers that extend to more recent times. An Abschribt(the plural form is Abschriften) is: a copy; transcript, or transcription. While one would have to travel to Bückeburg (and make appointment in advanced with the Bückeburg archive) to view these Abschriften. The table below shows what timeframes are available.
